Shipping Policy

Delivery within Australia

We currently use Sendle to ship our care packages all across Australia. We have opted to charge a flat rate of $12.95 shipping to ensure it is affordable for everyone regardless of where you are located or what you purchase. We chose to include this as a separate cost to ensure we were being transparent with our customers and providing the best prices we could for the items you choose.

Local Shipping

We are currently offering free delivery within the 2800 postcode. We like to support local and this is our way of paying it forward.

NOTE: Should you select the free local shipping option at checkout but the delivery is not within the 2800 postcode, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order, reprocess your order with the correct shipping charge applied or request individual payment of the outstanding shipping costs in discussion with you.

Small Item Post

For items that are under 1kg to ship, we offer discounted shipping of $4.95.

International shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Dispatch Times

Once we have received the order we endeavour to have your beautiful gifts wrapped and ready to go within 1-3 business days. Times may vary over holidays and weekends.

Shipping Times

Once your item has been waved off and is with a courier, you can expect your order within 1-2 business days locally and 3-6 business days nationally. Times may vary over holidays and weekends.

Tracking Details and Package Updates

You will receive tracking details for your package via email once we have booked the courier. You will be able to follow the progress of your package using the link in the email. You will receive delivery progress updates when the item has been dispatched and when the item has been delivered.

Didn’t Receive Your Order?

If you still haven’t received your order, check the delivery tracker in your emails. If the tracking platform shows that it has been delivered and it is not on your premises, please contact us as soon as possible and we will lodge an investigation with the courier.

Covid-19 Impact

Please know that due to Covid-19, shipping delays are to be expected. We endeavour to get your care packages out as soon as possible, but sometimes shipping times are out of our hands. With the unpredictability of Covid-19 and the impact we know this has on our services, we can’t always promise your package will arrive on time.
