Made to Bloom is located in the beautiful country town of Orange, NSW, Australia.

You can find us on Instagram and Facebook! If you haven’t already, make sure you register to become a VIP to ensure you stay up to date on upcoming changes, new releases and to receive exclusive information only available to our VIP’s.
Packaging
How will my care package arrive?
To ensure you are paying for what’s in the box and not the box itself, our care package design is super simple. A kraft box with a branded sticker wrapping over the edge is all you will see from the outside. When the care package is opened, a card will be fixed to the lid for the grieving family to review in their own time. The card says ‘You are not alone’ and includes a QR code linked to our blog post on where you can find support. The purchased gifts will have tissue paper around them, with a small logo sticker keeping the tissue paper together. Once opened the gifts will be securely packed with wood wool surrounding each item.
Can I add on to my care package or customise my order?
At this stage we do not offer customisable care packages, however we do offer varieties of flavours, scents and colours that you can list as a preference on checkout. These preferences are subject to availability. If you would like to add something on to your purchase, please feel free to contact us and we will see what we can do.
Can I purchase items individually?
Select items will be available to be purchased individually on our website, however this is at the suppliers discretion. Some suppliers being from the USA or having their own E-Commerce sites only offer their products as part of the care packages.

Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
We currently use Sendle to ship your packages. We chose Sendle because it gives us the opportunity to ship sustainably. Sendle is Australia’s first 100% carbon neutral shipping service. Sendle also have the cheapest parcel post rates available, which means you pay less to get your care packages delivered to your door. We decided to calculate shipping at a flat rate to ensure shipping was affordable for everyone. Shipping is currently $12.95 for all care packages. If you are only purchasing an empathy card, we charge a flat rate of $2. Local delivery is currently offered for free to the 2800 postcode to help support local and give back to our community. We aim to be as transparent as possible with our products, pricing and shipping to ensure you know exactly what you are paying for.
How long will it take for my care package to arrive?
Once your delivery is with a courier, local deliveries will generally arrive within 1=2 business days and nationwide deliveries can be expected in 3=6 business days. We do not currently have an express option, but if you require your package by a certain date, please contact us to let us know and we will try our best to get it to you as soon as possible. All orders placed will be dispatched within 1-3 business days. Due to Covid-19 some deliveries may take longer than anticipated, however we will always endeavour to get your packages out to you as quickly as possible.
Is it best to get the package delivered to myself or the grieving family?
This is totally up to you. If you know the family’s address you are more than welcome to get it sent directly to them. We do not include invoices or packing slips and ensure that each parcel is sent out ready to be gifted without needing to do a thing. We can also arrange to write a personalised message on any purchased empathy cards if the package is being sent directly to the family. However, if you prefer to gift this package in person, you can certainly get it delivered to yourself. I find this is a personal way to show your support and let the family know that you are there for them, even if you are only dropping the gift off and not staying to visit.
At this stage we do not deliver to PO boxes or hospitals.
Will I receive shipping updates?
We will email you as soon as your care package is onboard for delivery. You can track your delivery using the tracking number found in the email. You will receive an additional email once the delivery has arrived at its location.
I haven’t received my parcel! What should I do?
The first thing we ask you to do is check the status of your parcel online. Should the tracking program display that your delivery has arrived but you have not received your package, please contact us as soon as possible at madetobloomau@gmail.com.
